This policy explains what LEAL (Harmoni LLC) collects when you order from meetleal.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and shipping address.
• Your order details: design, size, colors and your pet's name.
• Messages you send us.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To make your stand, send your preview and ship your order.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds or replacements.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as tax records.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process your payment.
• Our production partner in the US, who makes and ships your stand (name, address and order details only).
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits and purchases from our ads, through the Meta Pixel described below.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and records pages you visit on this site and whether you start or complete an order. It helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people likely to be interested. You can turn off ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@meetleal.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
