Each stand is personalized with your pet's name, so our policy is built around the preview you approve.

Before you approve your preview

You can cancel any time before you approve your preview and we refund your full payment.

Change of mind

Once you've approved your preview, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, because the stand is made for your pet.

Damaged or defective items

If your stand or bowl arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't match the preview you approved, email hello@meetleal.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they appear within 5–10 business days.
